- Check-in on the first day of the rental is available from 16:00 to 20:00. The renter must warn the owner in case of late arrival at the time of booking.
- Check-out on the last day of the rental is before 10:00 for bungalows.
- Bungalows must be returned with dishes and cleaning done. If not, €50 will be retained from the deposit to return the bungalow to the same state as it was provided.
- Sheets and towels are provided free of charge.
- Any accidental or intentional damage to the bungalow or furniture will be subtracted from the deposit.
- For any missing or broken objects, the owner reserves to right to retain the deposit in order to carry out repairs or replace damaged or missing objects.
- Bookings are final as of receipt of the deposit.
- In case of cancellation:
- 30% of the total amount will be retained for any cancellation made more than 120 days before the start of the stay.
- 50% of the total amount will be retained for any cancellation made more than 60 days before the start of the stay.
- 75% of the total amount will be retained for any cancellation made more than 30 days before the start of the stay.
- The full sum will be retained for any cancellation made less than 30 days before the start of the stay.
- The balance for the stay must be paid (cash or bank card) before taking possession of the bungalow, upon delivery of keys.
- A deposit of €250 (cash or card pre-authorisation) will be requested upon your arrival.
- The deposit will be returned 7 days after the end of the stay if no damage is found.
- Late arrivals or early departures will not give rise to any refund.
- As the town of Corte is subject to various tourist taxes, these will be charged upon your arrival.
